How We Charge
At SMC Financial, we are happy to cover the cost of the initial consultation and make it clear you are under no obligation for this first meeting. This will allow you time to feel confident there will be value in us working together to achieve your goals.
We aim to be as transparent about our fees as possible and will clearly explain the different ways in which we are remunerated. This is so you can be clear what is involved before you instruct us to act on your behalf.
How It Is Done
We will always provide you with a copy of our client agreement which includes how we work, who we are regulated by and what typical costs you can expect to pay. These act only as a guideline and a more specific figure on fees will be provided once we know your circumstances and how much work is likely to be involved. Examples of any initial fees can be found within this document.
In addition to our client agreement SMC Financial will provide every client with a copy of our ongoing service agreement. This document clearly shows the options available for our investment and pension clients. This is personalised based upon how much ongoing advice, support and involvement you need from us. Again this is totally dependent on your individual circumstances and requirements.
